Key Commitments Under These Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with bdt20 or by accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any part of the bdt20 website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published by bdt20 from time to time.

These terms apply to all users of the bdt20 platform, including casual visitors, registered members, and participants in any promotional events or tournaments. They form the entire agreement between you and bdt20 with respect to your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use bdt20's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

bdt20 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Management

You may register only one account per person. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account with another individual, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account, is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, bdt20 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This typically involves submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot confirming your registered bKash or Nagad number)

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. bdt20 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is evidence of fraud, violation of these terms, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming principles. Any outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses must be cleared before a withdrawal following closure can be processed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

bdt20 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotional offer.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Players may not claim the same promotional offer more than once, including through different accounts.

All bonus amounts are expressed in BDT. Where a bonus references a specific amount (e.g., ৳20,000 welcome bonus), the terms accompanying that specific promotion shall govern. In cases of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt20 platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any identity verification process
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not earned through legitimate play

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any remaining account balance, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant authorities. bdt20's decisions in these matters are final.
